Material of the units

The units are constructed using a panel system.  This makes them simple in their design and easy to construct whilst holding a quality look.  The panels are the high insulative product EPS, used to keep food fresh.  They are incredibly beneficial in the building industry as they are typically strong items having an incredibly high engineering structural strength.   Additionally the panels hold a high fire rating.

2 key shapes that provide the many options

There are a range of looks and outcomes that revolve around the panel's 2 prime model designs. The simple difference between the models is the positioning of the roof angle, that is either from front to back (the Coastal model) or from each side when facing the unit's front (the Modern model).  All other changes are personal requests on either of these models.  Only the slightest of changes makes quite a significant difference.

Coastal

As mentioned the difference is seen in the angle of the roof, the Coastal unit increasing from back to front.  Numerous changes are made by each client, either minor or significant.  As seen here a timber decking was included rather than the standard panels at the base.  When you look through what is possible it will be a surprise in what can be done.  These units work well for extended lengths, however are not restricted to only longer units having options of combining panels and unit angles in alternate ways.  We can give a more extensive overview of the numerous options available for every client.

Modern

For the Modern unit the roof changes on either side, depending on preference.  This unit can go to an extensive depth and become quite small in width to fit smaller spaces (a name given to this unit of 'Urban').  They have quite an appeal in many locations loving the inner city look. Various changes are frequently made with verandahs and combining the units themselves.  They are popular for those who love to be creative with style.  Simply be in touch to hear the many options

Different Features

Received as flat packs

This is a type of unit that provides diversity through what can be done to it. A material that can include coverings and additions to suit personal taste.

Including:

-  verandah options

-  single or double glass doors

-  window options

-  carpet, floor boards

-  varied inside and outside lights

-  outside trims, timber & varied materials

-  standing wheels or trailers

-  inside or outside decorative pieces

Being designed from panels gives the extra benefit of enabling a flat pack system that is not technically difficult to build.  The unit's panels are cut into shape and packaged together along with the doors plus other necessities to be sent for the recipient to then construct themself.
